01.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 6hints website and services ("Service") provided by BeepMe Inc. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to become bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.

02.Description of Service & Delivery Model

6hints provides a software development service that utilizes artificial intelligence and human oversight. Our service operates on two phases:

• The Audit & Tailor (Phase 1): A one-time foundation phase where we prepare your codebase for AI acceleration. This fee is non-refundable once work has commenced.
• Execution (Phase 2): Ongoing feature development delivered in "Ship Cycles." A Ship Cycle is defined as a 48-72 hour window for delivery of a singular, discrete Request.

03.Intellectual Property

Deliverables: Upon full payment, the specific code, documentation, and assets created specifically for your project ("Deliverables") become your exclusive property.

Company IP: We retain all rights, title, and interest in our proprietary methodology, internal tools, AI prompts, and "hints" used to generate the Deliverables.

04.Confidentiality & Data Safety

We treat your code as a trade secret. We do not use your proprietary code to train public Large Language Models (LLMs). Your code is processed in private, ephemeral environments.

05.Liability Shield & Testing

Final Responsibility: 6hints provides technical acceleration and senior-level oversight, but the Client is responsible for final User Acceptance Testing (UAT) before merging to production.

06.Refunds & Cancellation

Due to the nature of professional engineering labor, no refunds are provided for completed ship cycles or audit phases. You may cancel your subscription at any time effective at the end of the current billing cycle.
